Thermo burn is used to Enhance Thermogenesis and Calorie Burning. It consists of 53 mg total caffeine per tablet, and a cup of instant coffee has approximately 80 mg of caffeine. The 200 mg per day intake of caffeine is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It is recommended to limit the use of caffeine containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking thermo burn. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme (CYP1A2). Always consult your health practitioner before taking other medicines.
