Composition: We offer Shilajit from mountainous Himalayan range which is highly purified golden grade Shilajit mineral pitch.

Formation: According to modern idea Shilajit is formed by the gradual decomposition of certain plants over centuries by the action of microorganisms.

Shilajit has been used for centuries in traditional Ayurvedic medicine in Indian subcontinent, as well as in other traditional medical systems in the Middle East and Central Asia. It is highly recommended for its purported health benefits, and it is often considered as an adaptogen, which means it helping the body adapt to stress, anxiety and maintain overall balance.

Health benefits associated with Shilajit include:

Energy and stamina: Shilajit is thought to boost energy levels and physical stamina, which may be helpful for improving endurance and combating fatigue.

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study was conducted to test the effect of purified Shilajit on testosterone levels among healthy men aged 45 to 55 years. The participants were randomly assigned to receive either 250 mg of purified Shilajit twice each day or a placebo for 90 days. The treatment with Shilajit significantly increased total testosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEAS) levels, free testosterone compared to placebo, while gonadotropic hormones (LH and FSH) levels remained stable.

Shilajit in Ayurveda:

Shilajit has been mentioned in Ayurveda, a traditional system of medicine which originated in India over 5,000 years ago.
